Comparing two Helocs

Hello everyone,

New member here. Excited to be here and learn more about RE. I have a quick question about HELOC. Ive been approved with two different credit unions. Which one is better ?

1st Union

Equity Credit Limit: $190,000.00

Variable Interest Rate: 5.250%

2nd Union

Loan Amount $­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­100,000 – I/O HELOC

Interest Rate – ­­­­­­4.50%
