Mobile home roof in need of patching and repair.  Should i recoat the roof or use foam.Foaming is going to run $4000.  Is it worth it?

Hi,Need to repair a foam roof on a mobile and need to make a decision whether to use coating without foaming or use of foam and coating.  The existing roof is worn out but spending $4000 hurts.  Any suggestions?
