What are some of your favorite areas of the country to buy and hold for the long term? Would love to see where people are bullish but also hear where people are bearish for the future. 

I am looking to expand my knowledge, but never see anything on the site about hotels or motels.  If anyone on here can point out some of the pros and cons or good places to learn more, it would be greatly appreciated.
