Can anyone speak for the difference in paint quality and coverage between Sherwin Williams and Lowes or Home Depot paint?
This is for a rental.

I am looking for two-tone combinations for interior paint colors.  I'd prefer beige walls and white ceilings and trim.  Prefer Lowe's (SW) due to arrangement with my handyman.  

What paint color and finishes are you all using for interiors?  Is everyone tired of grey yet?    I need to tell my contractor what to use!  Is there a standardized list of finishes you all use? Thank you!
