Wanted to get your thoughts on Leander / cedar park area. Looking to buy and hold there. How's the rental market and the job growth in that area. Leander seems a bit too far from Austin?

Ballparking estimates for MultiFamily:

Moderate rehab: $20 to $25 per square foot
