I've contacted the county trying to get a list of houses with code violations but they are asking me me what kind of codes.

I have this current city owned I am getting ready to put an offer on. Are code repairs separate from renovation cost or would most of the renovations be factored in while fixing the code violations?

I've tried contacting Code Enforcement agents in the county however they are saying there is no such list...

I was able to obtain the code violations list and when I tell you it’s some of the best leads! Man ol man.
