Codes Violation List
How long do you all mail this list, or do you use an updated version every time you mail it? The list is free on my county's site. Thanks in advance!

If you sort in order of violation date, at least in my area, you start to see a trend of properties being sold 3 months after the violation. So I would say Mail ASAP monthly for about 6 months. I don't have actual results yet but just testing.
