Looks like there are some new rules that are in affect for CT. I was wondering how some landlords try and stay on top of changing rules and laws in your area.
How do you describe where the tenant is responsible for, basically the half they live in on their side of the "50 yard line" of the duplex? What is your wording in your lease?
