I have 8 properties all paid for in cash, my current $1million UMBRELLA insurer (gecko) says I can only have 4 rentals max...Do I....A) Just get a second $1million Umbrella Insurance to cover the other 4 propertiesor...

What are the advantages/disadvantages to owning multiple properties under one LLC with each property having its own umbrella policy compared to owning each property in a separate LLC without any umbrella policies?

We want to rent out a basement apartment in our primary home on AirBnb (or long term rental with standard lease). Would love sage advice on what/how to do this right.
