Small long-term rental portfolio of <10 doors. What is everyone's favorite Property Management Portal? :-)

I use both platforms currently at varying degrees. But have not had the chance to really test both side by side.
Can anyone give their experience in using both and what they prefer and why.

I'm curious what you all think about these and other platforms out there? There are tons of options all at different price points and I'd at least like to narrow the list down with feedback from you all.
