For anyone who manages their own property from a distance, how do you handle your tenet turnovers? Getting contractors in there, turning keys over from one tenet to the next, etc. ? 

I'm looking at an investment rental about an hour and a half north of Orlando. The property cash flows well but will require a fair amount of rehab work. Even including rehab it's still a good deal.
