What do you guys target as your most important keywords to bring people to your buying site?

Hi all,
I am trying to search the MLS for investment properties. How can I search for keywords? Most realtor websites don't let you (century 21, wiechert...). Is there a web site you guys use?
I am in the Philadelphia...

Key words are not clearing when looked at or "Clear All" is pressed.  Also, I have a key word email setup which is not going out to me.  

As far as I can tell I have definitely set up my key word alerts on here but never receive an email or anything when people use the words? Help would be appreciated. Thanks
