This is a statement I got from a partner:
"If you are present when the paperwork is signed, you will receive 10% of the net profit of the deal "
So if I'm not present, I don't get my 10%???

Im a newbie, should I do my first deal without an LLC? It will be a seller financing deal. Can I set up an LLC after I sign contracts with the seller? Or I have to get an LLC first, then I sign the contracts?
