If an ADU is proposed for a next door property-should this have been disclosed in disclosures? It’s a downstairs conversion with no new footprint but is a single-family neighborhood that will now have 2 units next door.

Have you heard about SB-1292?
Legislation is currently in the works to roll back the setback requirements for ADUs / Casitas in California.  This would be a horrible blow to the ADU Revolution here.
