Question:  With a 1031 exchange; are you committed to the 1031 exchange after you sign a P&S on your relinquishing property OR after you close on that property?  

flipandfastloans.com  does not have any complaints, but what they offer seems a little agressive right now. They are based in Virgina Beach VA. Just wonder if any one has used them??
