My name is Colin and I’m from pa, I am brand new to investing in rental properties and I’m in need of some basic information on what the steps are to buy a property to rent out. I am fully committed to the idea and I have been reading and watching podcasts on the subject, but I just have some clearing up to do as far as what I need in order to make my first purchase?
