what is it for? Lets say you get a vacancy and you can't find a tenant for 3 months, does it pay the rent while you find a tenant? Or does it just cover you if the tenant damages the property? Thanks

I heard this may be an issue.  Renting each room to unrelated people might make your insurance provider more uneasy causing rates to rise.
