I have read about the advantages of buying with a subject to clause. What are pitfalls of selling a property with a subject to? For example:

Repairs of $20,000
Mortgage of $50,000 at 7% in...

When looking at property on the Internet most of the time all I see is the price and the cap rate for the property. Is it possible to do a quick analysis with only this information.
