Hello All, Anyone have an option on Vacation Rentals? My guess is that they are not as profitable as a more standard buy and hold areas. Anyone here specialize in this kind of market? 

I know it's not considered a great place for vacationing but I have ties to the area and know a lot about it. A friend of mine has multiple rental condos in Snowshoe. I was wondering if anyone here has tried this in AC.
