I was wondering if anyone who has invested with turnkey companies, if there were certain questions or checklists that you asked prior to investing?

I was just told about buying and selling a home. I can take the profit and put it in a self diredted IRA. I can then use this as my retirement.
Does any one do this and can you tell me more?
