When buying a move in ready multifamily property , do you recommend buying a home warranty plan for at least the first year? If so, which company do you recommend? 

I've heard that some home warranty companies (such as Old Republic) has deals with agents, so if you have the agent purchase the plan for you you can save up to $100/year on the plan.
