Can you figure out numbers on a storage units using the Rental property calculator?

So I went out with friends to University Ave in Palo Alto last night, and looked the area up in Zillow this morning.... 1 link for Sales and 1 link for Rentals.... Rentals out-numbered Sales by 30X, maybe?
