What is the best multifamily newsletter to follow? Are there any that focus specifically on content specifically for new investors and landlords? 

Unfortunately the Noteworthy Newsletter is no longer a good company to deal with.

Apparently after Clint Hinman (the last editor) left, Jack Sternberg has run it into the ground.

Hey guys, I'm trying to find real estate newsletter recommendations, so that it's easier for me to keep track of any real estate/landlord related news. Does anyone have any suggestions or has subscribed to any of these?

Does anyone have any experience with using certified mail in a marketing campaign? I'm thinking it almost certainly always be opened which should translate to a higher response rate. A little expensive, I know.
