Avail vs RentRedi vs Excel sheets?what's the best one in people's opinion?

Looking for suggestions on a software to track expenses on investment properties.

I'm trying to have to avoid paying a locksmith every time a tenant moves to re-key the locks. Which locks do you guys use that you can re-key easily yourself? Thanks!!

Hi i am currently using cozy for my rentals. Ive heard of stessa and tenant cloud on some of the more recent BP podcasts. Is there more perks with them over cozy?

Whats up everyone, new landlord in Virginia and I am wondering if anyone has used avail or turbo tenant for their landlord/tenant management software? Is there any issues with either? I am thinking of using avail. 

Lots of software for property management out there. Just wondering who has had the best luck with which one. 

Anyone using Turbo Tenant, rentredi, avail, PayRent, Hemlane, etc. to manage a property? If so, your feelings about it.
