We were recently awarded back rent from a successfully evicted tenant. My question is, is this worth taking a tenant to court over or is it not worth the legal headache. Thanks in advance for your help. 

I'm curious as to why the 1st Responder Award was eliminated. It seems to me that it is a positive incentive to reward members who are assisting members who are not getting responses to their questions.

Not sure how it happens but I have been noticing some getting multiple awards such as "profile complete." It seems to be a system glitch.
