Awarded Tenant Back Rent

We were recently awarded back rent from a successfully evicted tenant. My question is, is this worth taking a tenant to court over or is it not worth the legal headache. Thanks in advance for your help.

Go get the judgment and turn it over to a collections agency for a cut. Judgments last 10-20 years. A lot of things can change in that time and you have a lot of opportunities to collect.
