Hey everyone, Any Philadelphia investors doing full gut rehabs know how long it takes to have permits pulled/approved for rough-in? (electric, plumbing, hvac)

If I were to get registered with the city as a residential building contractor, would I be able to pull all permits needed for renovations? Or would the electrician, plumber, hvac, etc still need to pull their own?
