When getting a private or hard money loan what part is the most frustrating?
- Initial intake?
- Filling out loan forms and getting them in?
- What part of the process is the most difficult?

Seeking advice on the following:
Where would I find “individual" private money lenders in my area? NOT hard money lenders. 
Are their different platforms that would facilitate these types of connections?
