I wanted to know how can I locate asset managers in ct who sell foreclosed property, and can I retrieve a list for free? If the list is not for free how much would that cost?

Does anyone have any experience or guidance with the running or management of a hotel. I am looking to get involved and want to get all of my ducks in a row first.
