Does anyone have any advise on how to best optimize your LinkedIn profile for real estate?

I have have been working to add a photo to my profile.  I am able to upload .jpeg and set the position but it does not save to profile.  Any suggestions on how to get the picture to save to my profile.  

I'm having issues uploading a profile picture. Does it need to be a particular size and format for it to be accepted? I've tried JPG and TIFFs to no avail.
