Profile questions to ask investors
Hey guys!
I have been getting busy and I am finding that there is a disconnect of profiling my investors correctly so that there isn't time wasted.
So I decided to work on a form for investors so I can profile them correctly. Here is what I have so far:
- Are you a cash buyer? If not, what type of financing will you be obtaining?
- Do you have a pre-approval letter should you be financing?
- Are you a Flipper or Buy & Hold?
- What neighborhoods do you prefer to buy in?
- What price range (ballpark) are you looking to buy at in those particular areas?
- Are there any parts of town that you will not buy in?
- Is there a minimum # of beds and/or baths that you require, or a minimum amount of SF?
- Are you interested in single family properties?
- Are you interested in Condos?
- Are you interested in Townhouses?
- Are you interested in multi-family?
- Are you looking for properties to rehab and resell, or do you plan to buy and hold?
- Are you willing to do full rehabs, or are you looking for cosmetic fixer uppers only?
- How soon are you looking to buy, and how much time do you typically need to close?
Are there any other questions I should add on the list?
Thanks for all your help and time!
