How do I find private money lenders if I am new to fix and flipping, I know that a good deal is attractive but where do I find private investors?

Is there anyone out there that knows anything about private lending? Can it be treated like an open end line of credit. Are there people out there that will lend at 3 and 4 percent fixed?

What are some non traditional but inexpensive ways to fund a deal? I need 7k fast.
