How do I find private money lenders if I am new to fix and flipping, I know that a good deal is attractive but where do I find private investors?

Real estate clubs are a good way to find others in the business as well as those who understand fixing and flipping and are willing to loan on these. Do a search on Meetup.com for an REI club near you.

With no experience, your bigger problem will likely be finding some to loan to you. In fact, I think you’re putting the cart before the horse.

You might consider partnering with someone. To make yourself enticing you’ll need at least one of: a killer deal, experience, money, or time. Take an inventory of what you could offer someone in return for his or her help and advice in the business.
