Anyone have any success doing these in Dallas/Fort Worth? It seems like it can work. Been looking at comps for the last hour or so. Margins would be smaller but there is less competition.

Thoughts on buying Condos, Townhomes, or Houses for rental properties? I will be looking for atleast 3 bed 1+ bath. Is rental market better for either one or same for all. Thank you.
