Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $272,500
Cash invested: $50,000

This has been a long term play since the beginning. The cash flow is unbeatable and we will leverage the home on a commercial LOC for future endeavors. In the heart of RTP and close to Apple Campus, we currently have a long term lease in place with great tenants.
