Looking for recommendations on Insurance companies familiar with insuring rental property held in Self-Directed 401k Trust.  SF rental is located in Maryland.

I want to move my Roth over to a self-directed Roth IRA.  Do I need to open the account first, and then establish an LLC?  If so, I guess I can pay the fees out of my Roth, which is preferable.
