Does anyone on this forum have experience with turning a mobile home park into a condominum property and selling the individual lots? I own a 36 acre park with 180 lot spaces I would like to sell this way.

In my regular non-mobile home park properties I charge for late rents. Do any of you mobile home park owners and operators charge for late rents or not?
