Can anyone tell me where and how I can report a bad tenant (failure to pay rent, etc.) to one of the major 3 credit agencies?  Which account do I need to sign up for,  etc.?  Thank you.

Shopping around for the best deal makes sense but how do you do it w/o dinging your credit? It seems like they don’t want to talk to you until they can pull your credit report. 

What service do you recommend for doing a soft pull on a potential borrower's credit?
