How much are you paying per gallon for gas? I paid $3.94/gallon last week.

And are the high gas prices having any impact on your business? If not, will it have any impact if the gas prices rose higher to $4.50, $5, $6?

Just curious for those that are doing rentals, which is your preference? For me I think for the long term I'd prefer SFH just because I think they would be easier to sell if need be.
