Hi thinking about to start investment on a Short Term Rental. Is the anyway recommendation, where and how to find best properties for STR.

Would you purchase townhomes with their home association fees and rental restrictions? Or would you stick solely to single family residences? I'm asking because townhomes are cheaper than single families.

Interested in talking with someone with experience in Air BNB in the lakes region.  Currently looking in the Gilford NH region located 5 minutes from Winnipesaukee and 5 minutes to Gunstock Mountain.
