Hi Folks,

I’m interested in potentially purchasing a second home in the Hudson Valley or Woodstock area I could also generate some rental income from. Given the restrictions I’m seeing on STRe in several towns, trying to determine feasibility. Is anyone aware of any desirable areas where I could generate rental income without such restrictions?  My ideal scenario would be advertising the home on Airbnb a portion of the time. Thanks!
