I thought I would throw out a topic for discussion....Tell me about the process that you go through to screen tenants.

I am happy to report that today I closed on a 240 unit apartment complex in Atlanta, GA that I bought for $9.4 million and it appraised for $9.9 million. Capital raise was $3 million and my investors are super excited!!

I am getting started with realestate wholesailing in the Richmond, Va area. I have contacted many Realestate Attorney's in my area who have either:

A. Have no idea what I am talking about
B. Says what I am getting...
