sorry this may sound like a stupid question but i've been sitting on my computer trying to figure out how to do this as I've been trying to PM other folks.

I am a new member, but I am embarrassed to ask this question: how do I request a poster to be a colleague or be a follower? I see no instructions on this.

I click on a profile pic in the app. I can't figure out how to DM or colleague request from there.
