With so many retail stores having Black Friday sales, I was wondering if there were any great real estate based sales? 

Thoughts on black vs dark bronze window exterior color? Impossible to decide! Black is more stark while the dark bronze (brown) blends in more. 

Black granite seems very popular with builders, recieved a price 20% less than lowest other color. Now, wondering if it will look to cheap?
