I'm inexperienced in the real estate world. I'm ready to jump in but don't want to waste time making tons of mistakes. I believe learning from the experiences of others is a great way to avoid that pitfall. Ultimately I'm looking to have the financial power to make a comfortable life for me and my family in the future.

I've dabbled in real estate, but I really want to get more involved. I recently got out from underneath a horrible property so still a bit gun shy, but definitely up for discussions and strategizing for investing in the area!
