I’m a full-time carpenter and invest in real estate. My father and grandfather were both real estate investors and I’m following in their footsteps. I want to continue to grow a multi family portfolio and be financially independent through passive income.

I am in the military, and am taking advantage of our frequent moves to flip real estate as we go. This puts me firmly in the amateur ring... for now, but getting a few extra $k for every move seems better then losing money to rent!
