I started by purchasing a remotely located SFH and managed the entire renovation and had it rented out within 1 month of completion. Then, I realized that this plan wouldn't scale very well so I transitioned to pursuing large apartment buildings. I'm currently an owner of 550+ units and always looking to add more.
My wife Dina and I are in our mid-40s and new to REI. We have a lot of experience in other areas we are hoping to apply to REI.
Investor since 1989. Experience with renovating and renting SFH's, Duplexes and Condos.
I am brand new to real estate investing but I see this as the only reachable means for me to support my family and have that financial freedom.
I am motivated to learn and to delve into this career even more, and possibly turn this into a full time career.
