I am a real estate investor with eleven rental units under my belt. I'm originally from the DC metropolitan area but I am currently living in the Atlanta metropolitan area. I house hacked two of the multi-family deals and I am looking to branch out and start doing BRRRR and fix and flips.
I was first licensed as an agent in CA in 1980 and remain licensed there. Became a Broker & appraiser in NV, sold new homes for KB & Del Webb, opened my own brokerage, became small time land developer & then closed my biz in 2008, due to RE crash. Now wanting to begin playing in that arena again.
