I am a dedicated worker looking to become financially free. I have great credit, lots of savings, and I'm finally ready to invest in property. I have done tons of research and its time! I currently rent a single family home but i am more interested in purchasing condos or townhouses. The plan is to buy, rehab, refinance, sell, and do it again...
