Been in REI for about 4 years. Had 11 doors, a duplex and 2 4-plexs, a SFR short-term rental and a live-in flip. I sold all in 2019 and 2020, moved to New Orleans, and am looking to build a portfolio of SFRs in Metairie-Gretna type neighborhoods.
